Return/Refund Policy
Customers who have purchased Products from our website have within 15 days from the time receive the product(s) to return the product(s) for a full refund. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Products must be returned in their original condition in their original and undamaged packaging to be eligible for return.
To Request a refund, please send an email to info@mafathailand.com with order number in subject. We will advise of your return eligibility or any additional. We will be emailed to you with further instructions.
MAFATHAILAND will pay for return shipping on all exchanges for damaged/defective product or incases of our order errors. For other returns, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us via traceable method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. MAFATHAILAND is not responsible for any returned. Product lost or damaged in transit.
